Where should I go for service for my RedMax equipment?
First, try calling your nearest dealer. They'll be able to answer many of your questions and offer service and advice on RedMax products. Our dealer locator has phone numbers as well as addresses for dealers. Of course, you may also contact us by phone or email for service questions.
Which dealers carry which products (or accessories)?
They all carry everything we offer. We work hard to ensure that our distribution system allows our tools to get where they need to be, so even if a dealer is sold out of an item, the dealership can place an order for the product you want.
